We ship all domestic and international parcels via Canada Post.
In Stock order: shipped next working day
Collection Custom order: shipped in two to four weeks
We live and work on rural Quadra Island, shipping priority post may take a week+.

You will be emailed tracking information when the package is sent.
We ship using minimal and conscientious packing materials staying aware of our environmental footprint.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
RETURNS
Please make your selection carefully we do not offer refunds.
We offer an exchange if an item purchased is received from the site with a major deficiency which cannot be repaired. Minor deficiencies may be returned for repair. Please notify us of the fault within three business days of receipt of the order. Notification must be sent by email to

The user will incur the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging. When we ship the repaired or replaced item back to you we will pay the shipping cost.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for return shipment. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or replacements.
CUSTOM SIZES
Depending on the design we are able to make rings in most sizes. Redesign for size and fluctuating market will determine the price. If you would like to inquire about custom sizes please contact us: akiishiharajewelry@gmail.com
RING SIZES
We recommend going to a jeweler to have your finger professionally sized.
JEWELRY CARE
These pieces are made from high quality 925 sterling silver. They are made to use every day and to last more than a lifetime. Some wear and tear will likely occur with use. It is natural for silver to acquire a patina over time and to accumulate a history of marks and scratches building character that will tell a story unique to you.
Silver will maintain a polished look if it is worn and handled every day, buffed by your skin and by the fabrics and materials that you surround yourself with. If you will be storing jewelry for an extended period of time it is recommended to keep in an air tight container to minimize oxidation. If you would like to add a little lustre a silver polishing cloth or other silver polishing compounds are recommended.
